In his day job, Arnav is a Content Marketer at Tars, an Upekkha startup that helps businesses automate customer service requests and capture leads using chatbots. In this role he's created a wide variety of content ranging from run of the mill webinars to an esoteric, gif-laden newsletters all with one goal in mind: to keep the Tars SDR team off his back for not generating enough leads to educate the world about the value that chatbots can add to their businesses. He moonlights as a podcast host for the ValueSaaS community because he's fascinated by the inner workings of SaaS businesses and also so that he can make some extra money to fund his dream of starting a first-of-its-kind alpaca farm in the foothills of the Himalayas.
